Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The easiest way to return your goods is to follow the instructions detailed here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try them on). Until you return items to us, you are responsible for their safekeeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage. If your handling goes beyond what is acceptable, and the items are damaged or diminished in value, we may deduct from the amount we reimburse to you.
To start a return, please request a refund label from support@kaldtvaer.com. Once we have received your item(s), we will refund you via your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving your returned goods (this is in line with the Consumer Contract Regulation 2014). A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed, and any refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we may put it right.
Exchanges
We regret that we are unable to offer exchanges. Should you wish to order a different size or colour, please return your item and place a separate order.
Refunds
You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been processed. From there, you can usually expect the funds to appear in your account within 3-5 working days. We are not liable for bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. If you have allowed 14 working days and have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team providing your order number, the items you have returned, and a picture or scan of your proof of postage receipt. This will allow us to investigate and resolve your query as soon as possible.
Refunds will be credited to the payment card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
