Delivery Options and Charges

Is delivery free?

We offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £100.

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 6pm or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email (please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to go live). Please note we are unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed - we apologise for any inconvenience. 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across the UK and Ireland. Regrettably we do not deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.

Christmas Delivery: Orders placed after December 21st will be delivered from January 3rd.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Standard UK orders will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday and sent via Royal Mail on a 48 hour delivery service.

Express UK orders will be dispatched same day if placed before 6pm Monday-Friday and delivered via Royal Mail on a 24 hour delivery service. Orders placed after 6pm or over the weekend will be dispatched first thing on the next working day.
Please note Next Day delivery is not possible for orders from Northern Ireland.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kaldtvaer.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In order to remain sustainable, we no longer include additional returns paperwork within your parcel.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused and returned in perfect condition (and ideally in the original packaging) and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

  • Returns can be made at any Royal Mail post office.

To return your purchase via post: 

  • Returns are not free
  • Email support@kaldtvaer.com to request a prepaid returns label
  • Remove the dispatch note attached to the front of your original parcel, and enclose it within your return.
  • Pop your items in their original packing inside the parcel and seal securely. If you no longer have the original packaging, please package as securely as possible.
  • Take the parcel to the post office. You will be given a proof of purchase receipt.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kaldtvaer.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed once it has reached our distribution centre. 

You will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed, from there you can usually expect the funds to appear within 3-5 working days. The refund, less the fixed return costs (if applicable), will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges through postal returns: your order will be refunded, and a new order can be placed for the item or size you wish to change.

Returns of Defective Items

If the item you have received is defective, please notify us using the contact form on our website, and return the item in accordance with the return method. We will examine the item, and if we deem it to be defective, we will provide a full refund, including delivery charges. The refund will be paid using the same means of payment you used to pay for your purchase. These provisions do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
